Shipping Policy

Processing and shipping is currently 1-4 weeks from the date of purchase. 

This is because all of our products are HANDMADE and packaged with the best quality in mind, which takes time. There could be a possibility in which you order may ship sooner, but there are no guarantees. In the event of a delay before it ships, you will be notified. 

IF YOU SELECT LOCAL PICK UP - You will receive an email when your order is ready along with a PUBLIC pickup location in the city you chose at checkout. The availability to meet outside the locations listed at checkout is not available. If you need to switch from the local pickup option to have your purchase shipped, you may be subject to additional charges as local pickup is free. 

If there is a special request for shipping speed, please make sure you reach via the 'Contact Us' page BEFORE PURCHASING to make such request.

There are no guarantees that all and/or any requests will be able to be fulfilled. You are also subject to extra charges for these requests. 

Once purchases have been packaged and shipping labels have been printed, you will receive tracking information via email provided at checkout.

Please make sure you provide the correct address and email address to ensure that you will receive tracking when available and your purchase does not get delivered to the wrong address (which S&Sco is not liable for). Your purchase is your written agreement for this. 

**PLEASE NOTE**

When packages have been shipped, S&Sco. is not liable if your package is either lost in transit and/or delayed. You will need to reach out to the shipping carrier for more information. You may find the shipping carrier through the tracking number provided. 

S&Sco. is not liable if there are any damages upon receipt of your purchase as we cannot control the shipping service handling. We package with the best of quality and care in mind to make sure it arrives to you perfectly.

If your purchase does arrive damaged in any way, please submit pictures and your order number through the 'Contact Us' page, and it will be determined whether or not the item(s) will be replace but there is no guarantee. Your purchase is your written agreement for this.
